This type of flexible connectors are made of several copper sheets overlapping each other.
The contact resistivity in between each folio is almost areas are produced without using and weld filling material.
These conenctors are very high elecctrical conductive materials due tı theşr excellent molecular bonds. They are also ideal for couples in areas subject to vibration. They do not fracture such as rigid bars.
The welded conenction ends can be drilled, cut and/or mileld.
These conenctors have used in indoor applications particularly.

The contact areas are formed by assembling copper plates placed on top and the bottom of copper sheets with copper rivets.
These flexibles are very good conductors. They area ideal for use in areas subject vibration and/or areas that rewuire very often movement.

The Aluminium flexible connectors which are formed by welding several everlaping aluminium sheets to aliminium bars.
Aluminium bars and folios are welded to each other by using a special welding wire and under inert Gas(MIG) welding machine.
